Every piece of jewelry we create is handcrafted with care and often personalized to make it uniquely yours. While we aim for perfection in every order, we’re here to assist if something doesn’t meet your expectations. Please review our refund policy for details on how we handle refunds and replacements.

Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of The Salt & Light Store’s jewelry, we do not accept returns. Personalized items are uniquely created for you and cannot be resold. However, if your item arrives defective or there is an error caused by us, we will gladly replace it at no cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:  

  • The item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.  

  • You contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide the necessary information for us to evaluate your request.  

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. While refunds are initiated immediately on our end, they may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution. 

If you don’t see the refund within this timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank for more information.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, please follow these steps:  

  1. Email us at support@thesaltandlightstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide a clear description of the issue along with photos or videos that show the problem.  

  3. If needed, we may request additional details to fully evaluate your case.  

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will respond within 48 to 72 hours to confirm the next steps. 

Associated Costs

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: Replacements and shipping are completely free.

  • For Customer Errors (e.g., incorrect customization details or shipping addresses): Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or discounted remakes for errors that occur during the ordering process. To ensure accuracy, please double-check all order details before completing your purchase.  We deeply value your trust and appreciate your understanding in these situations.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, the production process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
