Every personalized Christian gift we make carries words you chose: a name, a date, a verse, or a single word that means something to someone. This page explains how the live preview works, what you can personalize, and what happens if a mistake gets through.

At a glance: What you see in the live preview is what we make. We don't edit or correct your text, so please read your preview carefully before adding the item to your cart. If the finished piece differs from what you entered, we'll replace it free.

The live preview

As you type on the product page, the live preview shows your words on the piece, in the font you've chosen. There's no proof email to wait for and nothing to approve later. That's why production can begin within 24 hours of your order.

The text and options you enter are saved with your order and appear in your order confirmation email. That record is what we make your piece from.

What you can personalize

Names, dates, verses, and words in English letters and numbers, including accented letters such as é and ö, plus the symbols shown below on engraved pieces.

Engraving limits by piece

Each engraved piece uses the font shown in the table, so the live preview shows exactly how your words will look. For printed items such as mugs, prayer blankets, ornaments, and acrylic pieces, the character limit is listed on each product page.

For the clearest result: engraved text is sized to fit, so shorter text appears larger. On two-line pieces, the longer line sets the size of both, so lines of similar length give you the largest letters. The live preview shows the result as you type.

Engraved or printed: each product page states how the personalization is applied. Mugs are always printed.

Scripture on our products

Verses that come pre-written on our products use one of four public-domain translations: the King James Version (KJV), the American Standard Version (ASV), the World English Bible (WEB), and the Douay-Rheims, a traditional Catholic translation. The translation is named on each product page. If you type your own verse, please use the wording from one of these four translations. Most modern translations, such as the NIV and ESV, are copyrighted, and their publishers require permission to reproduce verses on products. What we can't make

❌ Other languages or alphabets. Personalization is in English only. We can't engrave or print in Hebrew, Greek, Latin, or alphabets such as Cyrillic.

❌ Symbols beyond those listed above.

❌ One verse split across several pieces.

❌ Language we won't reproduce. We don't make pieces with hateful, obscene, or harassing language, or with text we don't have the right to reproduce, such as song lyrics or brand names. If an order like this reaches us, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Check before you add to cart

We make every piece exactly as entered. We don't correct spelling, capitalization, or dates, even when something looks like a typo, because an unusual spelling is often exactly right. Before adding your item to the cart, check:

✅ Names, letter by letter, especially names with more than one common spelling

✅ Dates, including the year

✅ Verse references, including the chapter and verse numbers

If you can, copy names and dates from something you trust, such as a baptism invitation or a birth announcement, rather than typing them from memory.

If you spot a mistake after ordering

Check your order confirmation email as soon as it arrives. If something's wrong, email us right away. If your order hasn't entered production yet (within 24 hours of ordering), we'll cancel it for a full refund so you can reorder with the correct text. Once production begins, the order can't be changed or cancelled. Check out our Refund Policy for more information. 

If the mistake is ours

If your finished piece differs from the personalization saved with your order, the error is ours. That includes a changed letter, a missing word, or the wrong font. We'll replace it free, and you won't need to send anything back. If a replacement can't reach you before your event, you can choose a refund or store credit instead. Your personalization and your privacy

The names, dates, and words you enter are used only to make and deliver your order. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
