How We Ship Your Order
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Your package will be shipped using a combination of UPS and USPS services. Here’s how it works:

UPS picks up your package and transports it to the depot closest to your location.

USPS takes it from there, delivering it right to your door—even on Saturdays!
This system combines the reliability of UPS' nationwide network with the flexibility and convenience of USPS' local delivery services, giving you the best of both worlds.
When to Expect Your Order
Every item you purchase from us is made-to-order, which means it’s crafted just for you! Here’s what you can expect:

Production Time: It takes 3 to 5 business days to handcraft your item.

Shipping Time: Once your item is on its way, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days, excluding Sundays.
Since each piece is made by hand, there’s a small chance production could take a bit longer than expected. If that happens, we’ll let you know right away.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. Keep in mind that it may take up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about tracking, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!
What to Do if Something Goes Wrong
We understand that shipping hiccups can happen. Here’s how we handle common issues and what you can do to help:
Double-Check Your Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you realize there’s a mistake after checkout, let us know as soon as possible by emailing support@thesaltandlightstore.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before your package ships.
If the address is incorrect and the package is undeliverable, it will typically be returned to us. Once we receive the package, we’ll work with you to either resend it to the correct address (additional shipping fees may apply) or provide a refund, depending on your preference.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or delayed due to a courier error, please contact us at support@thesaltandlightstore.com. We’ll investigate the issue with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed missing, we’ll gladly replace your item at no extra cost to you.
When Tracking Doesn’t Update
If the tracking for your package hasn’t updated for 30 days after it ships, please get in touch with us. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Additional Information
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, the shipping process becomes their responsibility. While we’ll do our best to assist with tracking or resolving any issues, we cannot request services like rerouting or expediting shipments after the package is in transit.
To make sure you get your items as quickly as possible, some orders may ship in multiple packages. This way, we can send each item as soon as it’s ready rather than waiting for the entire order to be completed.
