Shipping policy

Most gifts we make are meant for a particular day, such as a baptism, a birthday, or a goodbye. This page tells you exactly how long your order takes, so you can plan around that day with confidence.

At a glance: Shipping is free on every order, everywhere we ship. In the United States, most orders arrive 5–10 business days after you order: 3–5 days to personalize your piece, then 2–5 days in transit. For an event, order at least two weeks ahead.

How long your order takes

Business days are Monday through Friday. Deliveries in the United States can also arrive on a Saturday.

Production starts within 24 hours of your order. There's no proof to wait on or approve. The live preview on each product page already showed you exactly how your personalization will look, so we can begin engraving right away. Items without personalization follow the same timeline, because every piece is made to order.

Now and then, a piece takes a little longer to make than expected. If that happens, we'll email you right away.

Ordering for an event

In the United States, order at least two weeks before the day you need your gift. For a Saturday baptism, that means ordering by the Friday two weeks earlier. That covers even the longest production and transit times, with a day to spare.

For orders outside the United States, count back the total business days for your destination in the table above, then add a few days more.

Holiday and peak-season cutoffs

Before Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, and the spring confirmation and First Communion season, order volumes rise and production can slow. Our production partner confirms the last safe order date for each season as it approaches, and we post it here as soon as we have it.

If a date isn't posted yet, follow the two-week guideline and allow extra time.

Free shipping, wherever we deliver

Every order ships free, wherever it's going.

Within the United States, your order ships by USPS and is delivered to your door, including on Saturdays.

Outside the United States, orders ship from the US by DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination. Orders to Canada ship with duties already paid, so there's nothing more to pay at delivery. For other countries, any customs duties or import taxes are charged by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages. Each piece ships as soon as it's finished rather than waiting for the rest of the order, so you may receive more than one tracking link.

Tracking your order

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

✅ "Label created." Your tracking may show this status for a while. The label is created when production begins, but it only updates once your finished piece has been packed, collected, and scanned by the carrier. During busy seasons this can take a few days, and your order is being worked on the whole time.

✅ Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after each step.

✅ International orders usually show no updates between leaving the United States and clearing customs in the destination country. This gap is normal.

Your shipping address

Please check your address carefully at checkout, especially when sending a gift straight to someone else. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. If your order hasn't entered production yet (within 24 hours of ordering), we can update it.

After that, we can't change the address. A package that can't be delivered because of an address entered at checkout isn't eligible for a refund or a free resend. Our Return Policy page explains this.

PO boxes and APO/FPO military addresses: We ship to both through USPS, except prayer blankets and metal prints. Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses pass through the military mail system after USPS, so they take longer than the US estimates above. For an event, allow several extra weeks.

Once your package is with the carrier

We wish we could walk every package to the door ourselves. Once your gift leaves our production facility, though, it's in the carrier's hands, and there's a limit to what we can do from here. We can't reroute a package, call it back, or speed it up once it's on its way.

What we can do is stay with you. We'll watch the tracking alongside you and help you work out what to ask the carrier. If a package is lost, we'll make it right as our Refund Policy page describes. When something is urgent, the quickest answers often come from contacting the carrier directly:

If your order is late, lost, or missing

📦 No tracking movement for 30 days: you can choose a full refund, store credit, or one free replacement.

📦 Marked delivered but never arrived: covered with Package Protection, an optional add-on at checkout.

Countries we can't ship to right now

We ship to most of the world, but our production partner can't currently deliver to the countries listed below. Our checkout won't accept addresses in these countries, so no order can be placed and then left unfulfilled. This list can change as shipping conditions do, and we'll update it whenever it does. If your country is listed and you'd like to send a gift, you can ship it to someone in a country we deliver to who can pass it on.
